Anita's career began as a REALTOR® in 1989 and it has since grown into a lucrative business. While she's 100% dedicated to her career she also finds the time to help make a difference in the lives of others. She has fundraised for various charities including The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. For her society she ran a Marathon in memory of and in honor of those who are currently battling or who have lost their battle with blood cancers.

 

Her experience and knowledge in real estate expands from REO, BPO, Office Management, Sales Training, Loan Consulting and Escrow procedures to Relocation. Fully staffed, she will provide the necessary time and energy it takes to perform the REO transaction form BPO to Sold. She believes that Communication, Experience and Knowledge are Key, in the process of any real estate transaction that involves a seller, whether it's a lending institution, servicing company or a seller trying to get top dollar for their property. She understands the challenges and time constraints that arise from marketing an REO property the sale of your home.

 

As a Manager she recruited new and experience agents and instructed live classes in Real Estate Principles with continued training. She continues to assist those agents to achieve their goals and always keeps her clients in mind as she actively persues her real estate career.

 

She is using the same dedication and determination that it takes to run a Marathon to manage your REO, BPO, Real Estate and Financing needs. She is currently a member of Res-Net, REONetwork,Clear Capital, The Mortgage Store, NAR, CAR, Downey Association of Realtors and Growing.
